For a long time, I wondered if my career was too broad.
I started in digital design, moved into UX engineering, worked across learning experiences and digital products, and eventually found myself focusing more on product experience and adoption.
Looking back, I don’t see those as separate chapters anymore.
Each one taught me something different:
Design taught me clarity.
UX taught me to understand behaviour.
Technology taught me feasibility.
Learning taught me how people build confidence.
Product taught me to connect experiences with outcomes.
Today, I bring those perspectives together around one question:
How do we help people not only use a product, but understand it, adopt it, and get real value from it?
