SimplyInvo is a cutting-edge mobile app designed to simplify invoice tracking and management. With features like real-time invoice monitoring, seamless digital signature integration, and fully customizable templates, it offers a streamlined solution for individuals and businesses seeking efficiency and ease in their invoicing processes.

The Problem
The client, a freelance mobile app developer, sought a dedicated invoice-tracking app for his specific needs. After conducting thorough research and failing to find an existing solution that met his requirements, he resolved to embark on the development of a new and specialized invoice-tracking app.
The Solution
The client wants a user-friendly user interface (UI) with User Experiences(UX), including the below main requirements.
- Overdue notification system
- Digitally sign the invoice
- Invoice preview template
- Edit and style templates and profiles.
- Revenue chart view
I followed the design thinking process for this project, including defining, ideating, prototyping, and testing.

What this project taught me
This project marked my first venture into designing a fintech-focused mobile app. I honed my skills in creating a user-friendly, cross-platform app compatible with both Apple and Android devices, adhering to Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines. The positive feedback from my client affirmed the project’s success, and I am excited about the opportunity to collaborate again in the future.
