My journey began in the world of digital design, where I learned the power of visual storytelling and aesthetics. As the industry evolved, so did I, transitioning into UX and Product Design to solve deeper problems.
I soon realized that a beautiful interface is only the beginning. To truly impact users, I expanded my expertise into Learning Experience Design (LXD), understanding how humans acquire new skills and habits.
Today, I bridge these disciplines as a Product Experience & Adoption Strategist. I don’t just design products; I design the journey that leads users from discovery to mastery and long-term retention.
I’ve always believed that my work should reach beyond a single desk or a single brand. I learn and create not just for myself, but to build digital spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered.
